Reflection We are learning to write a recount using descriptive words. I found it easy because I have done a recount before. Next time I will be faster.

My Reflection
 I was learning to express time on analogue clocks, digital clocks, and words. I think achieved this activity this activity because I got them all correct.  My next steps in learning time are to finish it faster.

My Reflection I was learning to write, a plan and present a persuasive speech. I think I was successful at having an introduction, conclusion, and three paragraphs each giving a reason to support my main argument.  h of my paragraphs are at least three sentences long. I researched and included facts to back up my argument. I speak loudly and clearly to my audience My next steps are to work on having eye contact with my audience and using I think I did well at being loud and clear

Reflection

I was learning to read clearly to an audience with fluency and expression.I was successful at my volume. My next steps are to have fluency and expression.

Tapa Cloth Art

                                                                   

Reflection

I was leaning about the significance of tapa cloth. I made my tapa cloth a repeated pattern around the outside and a shell design in the middle. I used a third black vivid, a third brown dye and a third paper and then scrunched it up to give it a natural look. I found it tricky to make the tapa cloth patterns. Next I want to improve on my patterns.

Splitting Numbers

Reflection I was learning to solve subtraction problems by splitting numbers to go back through ten. I found this easy because I find it easy to make a tidy ten. Next time I can use this strategy to solve word problems.

A Moment in Time

Refection I am learning to make a recount on the spider that was in our class I found it trike because it was hard to find adjectives Next time i will know more. Knowledge

Olympic Alphabet

Reflection I was learning to extend my Olympic vocabulary.I found it hard to find a word for each letter of the alphabet. Next I could use these words in my writing.

Skimming and Scanning to find information

Reflection I was learning skimming and scanning strategies in non-fiction text to find information about countries in the Olympics. I found this tricky to find facts about South Africa as I didn't understand all the information.I need to work on it

Measurement

Reflection I was learning to measure my body parts in metres and centimetres. I found it easy to measure my friend because I have dune it before.

Matariki

Reflection I fond it tricky to come up with words that start with the letters of Matariki. Next time I will read some more books to get more infomation.
